CORE CLASS
New to Sway Pilates? A Core class will teach you how to breathe, move, engage, all the fundamentals of Pilates that you can bring with you throughout your Pilates journey to ensure you get the most from your workouts. We highly recommend you complete 10 Core classes (or at the discretion of the teacher) before moving to the next level.
INTENSE CLASS
Now you’ve the fundamentals, it’s time to step it up. Progressing to more advanced Pilates exercises which will increase in intensity. You’ll find you’re working your body harder, and in new ways.
POWER CLASS
This is advanced Pilates for people who know the fundamentals and have worked their way up through the previous levels. It’s tough but so rewarding! This class will include exercises including inversions, complete teaser and jump board. Just to note that Power Pilates is not recommended for people with injuries.
